Online Account Access and Home Delivery

In addition to the tax savings, VitaCommute offers the convenience of online ordering and direct home delivery of all transit passes, vouchers, and debit cards. No more standing in line to buy tickets or waiting for reimbursements. Your desired fare media will be sent directly to your home. You can also set up your order to be recurring, so there’s no need to check your order every month. If you want to change or cancel your order for a specific month, it’s a simple as logging in to your account and checking a box.

VitaCommute offers fare media options for all forms of public transportation, from trains to buses to ferries and vanpools.     A VitaCommute MasterCard can be used at Transit Agencies or designated transit retail centers where ONLY transit passes, transit tickets, fare cards, and vanpool passes are sold.   • Cash Reimbursement
    If you drive to work and park on an occasional basis, use multiple parking lots, or use a parking provider that will not accept checks or third party payments, then cash reimbursement may be your best option.
