Rae Lee Clark is a Senior Strategy Consultant and Compliance Officer at Vita. Rae Lee’s focus is strategic consulting for large employers and legislative/compliance issues. She is uniquely qualified in the employee benefits world, with more than 40 years of experience developing practical solutions to complex employee benefits challenges. Under her leadership, the Vita team has developed comprehensive compliance solutions for their clients in all benefit areas, including ERISA, COBRA, Section 125, and HIPAA Privacy and Security, as well as wellness solutions. Prior to her current role, Rae Lee served as Chief Operating Officer of Vita for 20 years, creating a dynamic culture, laser-focused vision, and the necessary infrastructure to grow the company from four to 75 employees with impressive revenue growth and profitability.
